Our volunteer staff will fill many important roles backstage and behind the scenes in the Miss Black Florida USA Pageants. To become a MBFU volunteer, you must be 21 years or older. In some cases volunteers are responsible for their own transportation, housing, and meals. The time commitment for volunteers are flexible, and depending on the role you play determines how much time is needed.

Currently we have the following immediate positions available :

Regional Contestant Recruiter/Promoter (3 to 7 personnel): Capable of recruiting contestants for the state and/or regional pageants. Must have event production knowledge and skills. Responsible for promoting the state and regional pageants to increase media attention, event attendees and community involvement.

  • (NORTH) North West, North Central, North East
  • (CENTRAL) Central West, Central, Central East
  • (SOUTH) South West, South East
