The Miss Black Florida U.S.A. Pageant and Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation in the state of Florida, recognized under the 501(c)3 code of the Internal Revenue Service.
The Mission of the Miss Black Florida USA Pageant and Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is to provide support for young women of color in attaining their career and educational aspirations, to encourage them to embrace and showcase the black community's cultural diversity and to assist them in inspiring the world through their social and humanitarian efforts.
The Miss Black Florida USA Pageant provides young women with personal, professional, academic, and scholarship opportunities. It promotes young women's voices concerning culture, education, and community issues. The Miss Black Florida USA Pageant provides a forum for young women to express their viewpoints, talents, and accomplishments to each other and an audience.
The Miss Black Florida USA pageant is helping to redefine how the world views women of color through the women who attain its exclusive titles and the civic platform that they promote. The Miss Black Florida USA Pageants is a celebration of internal and external beauty, style, and cultural appreciation, emphasizing on the opportunity for personal development and scholarships while serving the community
The Miss Black Florida USA pageant aims to personally enrich the lives of its contestants. The contestants will be provided with personal development seminars regarding etiquette, self empowerment, college and career preparation, and modeling. Every contestant will walk away feeling honored, empowered, humbled, and proud to be a part of the legacy of black excellence.
The newly crowned Miss Black Florida USA and Miss Black Florida Talented Teen USA will be awarded scholarships, incredible gifts and awards. The Miss Black Florida USA Pageant is a community driven organization and is committed to addressing the social issues that affect the black community. The selected titleholders will have the opportunity to advocate their civic platform, while participating in community service activities, during their reign.
The Miss Black Florida USA and the Miss Black Florida Talented Teen USA Pageants are official state preliminary pageants to the annually held Miss Black USA and Miss Black Talented Teen USA Pageants. Our state pageant will select two talented women to represent Florida in the national pageants. The titleholders will be able to compete for more scholarships and prizes and the chance to win the coveted national titles of Miss Black USA and Miss Black Talented Teen USA |
